Columbus, Ohio Workers Compensation Laws

Columbus, Ohio workers' compensation attorney Philip J. Fulton is dedicated to helping victims of job injury, construction accidents, wrongful death, and other job-related accidents.

The Philip J. Fulton Law Office represents only the victims of workplace injuries and disabilities-we never represent employers or corporations. Our Ohio workers' comp practice is based upon serving the needs of seriously injured Ohio workers and the families of workers who have suffered wrongful death through superior legal representation. Our attorneys are well known and respected leaders in workers' compensation law, having received the highest rating (AV) by Martindale-Hubbell in their legal directory, which is traditionally a resource for attorneys seeking out information about other attorneys.

We recognize that the workers' compensation system can be an adversarial system in which the employer, managed care organization, or Bureau of Workers' Compensation may oppose the injured worker's interest in receiving compensation or benefits. With offices located in Columbus, Ohio, our role is to assist you with your workers' comp or wrongful death claim through this most complicated system, whether your claim is in the administration stage or the court stage. We take great pride in the standards of excellence we set for ourselves, in the services we provide, and in the close working relations we strive to develop with our clients.
