Samuel practices in the Labor and Employment and Food Industry Groups in the firm's Columbus, Ohio office.

His practice concentrates on general labor and employment litigation, arbitration, and mediation. Additionally, Samuel regularly counsels clients regarding various employment and personnel matters, including issues that arise under the Family and Medical Leave Act, the Americans with Disabilities Act and many other federal and state statutes dealing with employment.
