* Litigates all employment matters including discrimination cases; non-competition agreements and trade secret violations; wrongful discharge; wage and hour issues; wrongful termination; employment torts
* Advises employers on day-to-day issues regarding harassment, discrimination, wrongful discharge, wage and hour issues, union avoidance, collective bargaining issues, opposing union campaigns, human resources issues, employee handbooks, policies; compliance with all federal and state labor / employment regulations; affirmative action, and unemployment compensation.
* Represents employers before the National Labor Relations Board and the State Employee Relations Board and in collective bargaining negotiations, labor arbitrations, union election campaigns, unfair labor practice proceedings
* Represents individual defendants in employment discrimination matters.
* Designs and conducts management and employee education training courses

The firm’s principal, Pamela Krivda, has over twenty years of employment and labor law expertise available to solve any employment issue in a proactive and cost-effective manner.
Prior to attending law school, Ms. Krivda had years of experience in Human Resources as a manager. This experience contributes a unique perspective when solving difficult human resources and employment issues which are often intertwined with legal issues.
Ms. Krivda’s focus is on training and proactive policy management which cost-effectively seeks to reduce employer liability. The firm is also expert, and regularly engages, in the representation of employers in litigation and labor relations negotiations.
